engrossing, a classic) rating from Inscriptions e-zine, and was

A second novel, mystery/suspense, TIME&CHANCE, is set in Nashville
and scheduled to be re released by Zumaya in 2005.
Rockey also penned a collection of sixteen short stories, "BATS
IN THE BELFRY, BELLS IN THE
ATTIC." To be released in August
2005 by Whiskey Creek Press, the anthology has received outstanding
reviews.
G.L.'s fourth work of fiction, TRUTHS OF THE HEART , published by
London Circle, is a romance/suspense novel that sizzles with emotion.
A college professor realizes that her marriage to a football hero
is a mistake. Her affair with an art student results in an explosion
of conflict and passion. Four stars from reviewer Detra Fitch (The
Huntress), she writes, “G. L. Rockey's style of writing makes
everything fast paced . . . story is moving and at times even inspirational.”
G.L. is currently at work on a fourth novel, MAKES THE WORLD GO
ROUND. Crime and mystery knotted in suspense, it is an earthy story
set in 1950 rural Indiana.
Other works in progress are: FIVE STAR REVIEW, a contemporary romance
about a frustrated lady novelist wrestling with a pub offer from
the Devil, and BOOLEAN TRAVELER, satire science fiction set in 2020.
